Tulum, Mexico Retreat

Join me for a spectacular and immersive trip to Tulum, Mexico January 2nd thru 6th 2026. Curated with care for the culturally curious.

The Retreat is open to 10 guests max, 2 per room.

Ideal if sharing with a friend or a partner.

This trip is open to all genders. It is best suited for those looking to be active and explore.

Accommodation

Our Spectacular Villa is called Casa Redonda, hosted by the delightful Sonny. This 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom Villa has 2 pools, 2 gardens, and 2 living areas. It is next door to the new Milam hotel, where you will also have access to hotel amenities. 

Included in our stay will be a private chef for breakfast and dinners, as well as a concierge team.

Transportation to and from Tulum Airport is also include.

- Cancun Transport can be arranged for an extra fee.

Jan 3rd - Tulum Adventure

An exciting day excursion with pick up and drop off from Casa Redonda.

including:

  • ATV Riding in archeological zone

  • Cenote Swims

  • Zip-lining

  • Visit Ancient Mayan Pyramids

  • Lunch

Jan 4th - Luxury Sailing

Experience a Half Day Luxury Sailing with Snacks and an Open Bar

Enjoy complimentary snorkeling equipment and paddle boards, or simply lounge on the beautiful catamaran as we float through the ocean.

Jan 5th - Beach Club and Party

We will take time to explore all that Tulum has to offer. Access to a beach club is included, however this is a free day to do as you please. I will have other options from Sonny, the concierge, to choose from as well.

Pricing and Policy

  • This retreat is $1,850 (per person) with a non-refundable 20% deposit of $370.

  • This includes accommodation and all activities listed above. 

  • The Retreat must be paid for in full by December 1st, 2025. 

  • Any cancellation made after December 1st, 2025 will not get a refund of payment as the retreat is tightly budgeted to the number of participants. 

  • Flights are NOT included in Pricing

FAQ

Q: Can I attend the retreat Solo?

A: Yes, for a higher price, there is the option to have a Private Room. $3,250 with a 20% deposit of $650

Q: What if I do not want to participate in all activities?

A: That is totally fine! It is YOUR trip. You are welcome to do as you please. We are all adults.

​

Q: How are you handling dietary restrictions?

A: When the group has officially been set I will reach out several times to make sure I know everyones preferences, which will then be communicated to the chef.

​

Q: How do I choose a flight?

A: I am happy to help navigate the process if needed. The two airports of interest are Tulum and Cancun.

Both have direct flights to and from Dallas and Austin.
